Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website located at this domain (the "Site") and any related services offered by IAM Consulting, LLC, a Virginia-based, Veteran-Owned business consulting firm ("IAM Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site, and are separate from any signed service agreement, statement of work, or engagement letter you may enter into with IAM Consulting for consulting services. Where a signed agreement exists, its terms govern the services described in it.

Who We Are and What We Do

IAM Consulting operates as a prime contractor and strategic integrator across four practice areas: Leadership Development and Management Training, Operational Transformation and Performance Improvement, Government Contracting and Proposal Development, and Restaurant Consulting and Hospitality Development. Information on this Site describes our services at a general level and does not itself constitute an offer, proposal, or binding commitment to perform work.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks

• Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting information about other users without consent

• Impersonating IAM Consulting, its personnel, or any other person or entity

• Using the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising or spam

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site, at our discretion, for anyone who violates these Terms.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

No Professional Advice

Content on the Site, including service descriptions, blog-style content, and podcast episodes, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice specific to your organization, and should not be relied upon as such. Engaging with the Site does not create a consulting, advisory, or client relationship between you and IAM Consulting. That relationship begins only when both parties execute a separate written agreement.

Government Contracting Content

Any information on the Site relating to government contracting, proposal development, small business certifications, or acquisition strategy is provided for general reference only. Federal, state, and local procurement rules change frequently and vary by agency and solicitation. Nothing on the Site guarantees eligibility for any certification, set-aside, or contract award.

Booking and Consultations

The Site may allow you to request or schedule a consultation, including the complimentary introductory session referred to as the Mission Brief. Scheduling a consultation does not obligate either party to proceed with a paid engagement. Any resulting services will be governed by a separate written agreement outlining scope, fees, and deliverables.

Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may link to third-party websites, platforms, or content, including podcast hosting platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube, and websites belonging to teaming partners or affiliated organizations. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Disclaimer of Warranties
